Product Care
For most items: Spot clean with mild soap and rag dampened in cool water. Unless otherwise noted, items can be machine washed on gentle cycle/cold water setting. Air fluff setting or low temperture tumble dry. Dry cleaning is possible. Consult with your dry cleaner for best method.
Impressed fabrics (such as minky or low pile furs with shape stamped/impressed into the material) DO NOT IRON.
Silk or satin: do not use soap that contains: alkaline, wax, petroleum or other additives as these products could leave oil deposits on the fabric.
Fur or low pile fabrics: Air dry. Do not use fabric softener as the oils from this product will deposit and mat fur fabric or leave stains on velvets, silks & satins.
Swarovski crystals: may be machine washed (in water up to 140º) however, it's strongly suggested to hand wash. DO NOT dry in dryer, these items must be air dried. Dry cleaning ok.
Charms: hand wash, air dry.
Pooch Pouch: Wash on gentle using warm/cold rinse. Use liquid detergent do not use powdered detergent as the powder can accumulate on fur and leave spots. Hang dry.
